Jak aplikovat
Take the contents of a ready-to-drink vial (equivalent to a daily serving) with or after a meal, along with the yellow folic acid tablet and the white iodine tablet, every day. Remember to shake well before use.
Dissolve the contents of one packet (equivalent to a daily serving) in approximately 150-200ml of non-carbonated water or fruit juice, and consume it with or after a meal each day.
Preferably, take the contents of a packet (equivalent to a daily serving) individually with plenty of liquid, either with or after a meal. You can also choose to take the tablets and capsules in any order throughout the day.
Consume the contents of a packet (equivalent to a daily serving) with or after a meal directly into your mouth. You don't need to empty the packet all at once; you can take it in smaller portions as you find it comfortable. The direct granules dissolve quickly.
