Benoît Bergia is a French perfumer born and raised in Grasse, the historic epicenter of global perfumery, where his family has shaped the fragrance world for generations. His great-great-grandfather owned a company that produced and distributed fine natural raw materials to major perfume houses, immersing Benoît in scent culture from an early age. He explored the craft through roles as preparer and analyst before fully embracing his calling as a perfumer, developing a deep appreciation for characterful accords and expressive raw materials that reflect both tradition and personal memory.

Bergia’s artistic voice shines through his work with Haute Fragrance Company (HFC Paris)—notably the Asian, Magic, and Oud collections—where he balances bold creativity with refined structure. His fragrances often evoke emotion through thoughtfully composed accords that feel modern yet rooted in classic perfumery technique, such as Pink Moon from the Oud Collection.
