Lorenzo Pazzaglia is an Italian indie perfumer and founder of the fragrance house Lorenzo Pazzaglia, a brand that reflects his deeply personal and expressive approach to scent. Raised in Fano on Italy’s Adriatic coast, he first discovered the power of aroma in his father’s kitchen, where spices, citrus peels, and simmering sauces awakened his sensory imagination. Before entering perfumery, he worked as a chef—an experience that shaped his instinctive understanding of balance, intensity, and raw materials. What began as experimentation with essential oils evolved into a passionate pursuit of fragrance creation, eventually leading him to launch his namesake brand and share his bold olfactory vision.
Pazzaglia’s signature style is unapologetically intense: he favors extrait de parfum concentrations, rich textures, and powerful sillage.
